  • Compliance Product Manager

    Working Location: Hong Kong Science Park



    - End to end ownership of workstreams, from customer research, ideation, product development and planning to executing and managing the regulatory compliance products

    - Develop the product development process and recommend corresponding product strategies / business promotion to explore the market share of regulatory compliance product business

    - Aware of the latest development of laws and regulations by HKMA and regulatory bodies to ensure the legal compliance and contribute to the enhancement of the regulatory compliance products

    - Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned


    - University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law or related discipline

    - Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the product development, preferably with exposure to the retail banking or private banking industry

    - Knowledge with banking laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to Code of Banking Practice and HKMA Supervisory Policy Manual

    - Knowledge in market practice and procedure of regulatory compliance in relation to Hong Kong regulatory requirements

    - Self-initiated and able to work independently, attentive to details and able to exercise judgement with strong analytical skills

    - Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua


  • Partner Manager - AI Products

    Working Location: Kowloon Tong


    Position Summary:

    As the Partner Manager, you would manage and develop the channel partners to work with us for our AI solutions. You are a key player in an energetic team of highly skilled and entrepreneurial professionals, who are ready to disrupt the traditional business process. You should have experience in establishing the partner ecosystem, and a successful track record in achieving of your targets. You will be rewarded with competitive compensation packages and exceptional growth opportunities.



    - Recruit, develop and manage partners to grow sales

    - Work with marketing team to qualify initial sales leads

    - Work on sales opportunities with partners to conclude deals

    - Communicate with partners on our solutions, use cases to formulate go to market strategy in different verticals

    - Collect market info to better position ourselves and facilitate future product development

    - Work with marketing team for partner marketing program



    - 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with 3+ years on channel management

    - Experience in selling call center solutions would be a plus

    - Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets

    - Good presentation & written skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

    - Self-motivated, energetic, and organized

    - Flexible and able to work under pressure

    - Bachelor’s Degree or above

  • Sales Engineer

    Working Location: Kowloon Tong


    Position Summary: 

    As a Sales Engineer, you would help our clients use AI technologies to improve their operational efficiency and gain insights into human interaction. You are a key player in an energetic team of highly skilled and entrepreneurial professionals, who are ready to disrupt the business process. You should have strong experience with supporting complex sales cycle and demonstrating software solutions to enterprise clients.  You will be rewarded with competitive compensation packages and exceptional growth opportunities. 



    - Support the sales process with sales person, and represent the company as technical contact in the presales stage

    - With the help of the engineering team, write demo & prototype code

    - Conduct technical troubleshooting for demos and customer trials

    - Perform technical presentations and demos to clients, partners, and prospects

    - Scope technical solution(s) required to address client requirements and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the clients and the company

    - Work closely with partner companies to align solution designs with client’s business requirements

    - Align with client’s technical staff to secure deals

    - Assess change requests from client and promptly come up with solutions that optimize the values for the company and the client

    - Prepare coaching materials and business cases to train the company’s sales team

    - Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive products & solutions



    - Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines

    - Familiar with Python and Javascript

    - Experience in troubleshooting and software development processes

    - Good understanding of business processes and solutions

    - Strong demo, presentation & written skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

    - Self-motivated, energetic and organized

    - Flexible and able to work under pressure

    - Prior experience on NLP or speech recognition a plus

    - Prior experiences in pre-sales or sales engineer jobs is a plus
